Bear Lake with the Family

A couple days ago we packed up a few cold drinks and a sun shade and hit the North Shore of Bear Lake. We first stopped in Garden City for burgers and shakes.  Then on to the blue blue waters of the lake. It was beautiful and warm and I spent the afternoon pretending I was at Hanalei Bay.

We made sand castles.  Emily helped little Emily find seashells to make her sand castle beautiful.

We found new sunglasses.

We waded and made sure we had plenty of sunscreen.

We played....a game I can't remember the name of.  Is it Catch Phrase?

The guys played horseshoes.  Kind of looks like Scott is trying to be a ballerina.

We swam out to see if we could find the deep end, but it was pretty shallow the whole way out.  It was a beautiful most perfect day.  Relaxing and happy.
