Our precious baby! This was taken over Thanksgiving weekend while Emmy and Grandma Dimond were rocking in the sunshine. Her hair is wild as ever and long and full and NOT falling out. We hope she keeps it... We are planning on blessing her on December 30th. Either in Logan or Layton. Still figuring it out.
Who does she look like? I don't know. Everyone so far says Scotty.
We are excited for Christmas. We have our first real Christmas tree and made ornaments one night; a hand print and a footprint for Emily's first Christmas. We are so excited to see all of Scott's out-of-town family and also so sad that my family is far, far away on the island of Kauai and the desert of AZ. Let's figure out Skype. When?
Feeling grateful for family and school and grandparents and babies and Sue and our Honda Civic and Holiday music and homemade decorations and cookies and snow and sunshine and good food and potential and warm fires and long runs and old friends. Really lucky.
You're so fortunate - you're surrounded with wonderful things. I love your gratitude. Emmy is darling - and I, too, am sad your folks are far away, and sisters and brother... but glad the girls get to go home and glad you've got Sue and Scott and baby girl and cookies and all the other stuff that makes you so rich.
