Today it snowed a couple inches at our house and so we took a drive up Logan Canyon just to get out of the house. It was so beautiful. I especially loved all the Pine trees heavy with white fluffy snow. I wanted to take a "family" picture, but it was pretty darn cold and Emily kept nuzzling closer and closer to Scott to stay warm so we only stayed out of the car for a couple minutes. I don't blame her, it was pretty cold.
She loves being outside and poked her head out of Scott's jacket for a second to look around. The snowy weather was beautiful. Pretty cold though. She nuzzled right back in fairly quickly after I took this picture. Even at the house she loves when I take her outside on the back porch or to check the mail. She also loves walks, but falls asleep pretty quick. The bouncing motion puts her out.
If you can't tell, Emily is inside Scott's jacket. It was too cold to pull her out and make her pose for the picture. The Canyon was so beautiful and it was such a nice break to get out of the house and see the beautiful scenery.
