Just a little reminder about why I'm writing about Scotty so much; it's our 3rd Anniversary on April 30th!
I can't believe it!
In some ways it feels like a blink of an eye and in other ways I feel like... "Is that all; 3 years!?"
Ha, ha.
Part of my celebration during the month of April is expressing 30 reasons why I am grateful for the man I married.
Reason #11
I am grateful for Scotty's unbelievably "Rock Star" patience.
Example: In January I joined a Women's Choir directed by Merrilee Webb. She gave me the opportunity to play for her Men's Choir in addition to singing in the Women's Choir and I accepted. This requires me to leave my house in Layton around 5pm EVERY Sunday and drive to Taylorsville for two rehearsals. By the time I get home it's about 10pm!
Huge commitment; huge payoff (we are performing in the Tabernacle!!!)
Scotty patiently waits at home for me to return all by his lonesome. Even though I know Scott would rather have me stay home Sunday Evenings he has been so patient with me and my desire to play/sing in these choirs.
Thanks Scotty for being my most patient and loving husband!
