Oh boy here we go. I hope my neglect isn't a sign of the future. I don't want to be blogging Day 73-129. That would be ridiculous.
Day 59- So unbelievably grateful for my Grandpa Bradford. He is a well of knowledge that I want to soak up. He listens to me, inspires me, jokes with me and counsels me each time I visit him at his home in North Salt Lake. There is magic at his house because when I step through his front door I, all of a sudden, feel as though everything that is wrong in my world will be okay. How does he do that?
(Some favorite quotes I want to remember from Grandpa.)
"Life is hard; and then we die."
"If you can't live within your means; earn more."
Day 60- I am grateful for prayer. Sunday was our day to teach our 17-18 year old class. Scott and I needed extra help from up above and we asked and we received. When I was a kid I could never forget in a million years to say my prayers at the end of the day. From the time I was little until I was 24 when I got married. Now when I get into bed at night I almost fall immediately to sleep without saying my prayers, but I try to never forget my morning prayers. Do you think there will ever be a time in my life when I could remember both my evening and morning prayers?
Day 61- Yesterday I was grateful for our new shower head in our bathroom. Our old one started leaking and so Scott did a bunch of research and found the best one on the market; literally. It is now safe to say I experience a wonderfully strong hurricane each time I take a shower. I LOVE IT! Strong water pressure and hot water.
Day 62- Today I am grateful for the Three-Headed Dragon in the Magic Forest at Powder Mountain. Little kids are the best, most wonderful blessing there is. The Three-Headed Dragons live up at Powder Mountain to help little kids learn how to ski. Melanie and I went up to ski today and she brought two of her three kids. We skied with them all day and made up stories so they would learn how to make big S turns down the hill. It was awesome.

Madi was so excited to see the dragon. When she saw the picture she said, "Oh is that him, I thought he would be red... but I guess not." :) Thanks for skiing with me and my kiddos today. They had fun with Aunty Asian!
