I'm feeling kind of blue today so I tried to take a nap, but it's no use when you have a snoring dog down by your legs and a purring cat up by your throat. All I really want to do is eat "FAT FOOD" (i.e. junk food) and drink a gallon of Dr. Pepper. Is anyone else like that when they get down?
I'm trying everything I can think of to lift my spirits and I finally found a photo album of pictures I gradually print off and keep. I know I have my iPhoto, but it's different when they are real pictures of past parts of life. I made this photo album starting with pictures of Scott and I in Jackson Hole back in 2007 where we met. I put in all of our adventures from that point up until now.
Looking at all those pictures makes me happy. For the most part of our lives together so far we have done amazing things. We have traveled and lived all over the place and we have had a variety of experience with our music and with college and with jobs and such. We are blessed and I feel happy and my spirits are lifting. I am grateful for pictures that remind me of how so very blessed I really am!
I did this exact same thing with pictures of my husband and I on our adventures and I call it my happy book and I look at it every time I get blue too! I feel so blessed!
