It's the best feeling in the world to have family visit! My Mom, Dad, brother and sister came to Oahu for the weekend to go to our Senior Recital. They flew over early Saturday morning and did a little touristy stuff like visit Pearl Harbor and go shopping at Ala Moana. Then they met us in Laie, we grabbed a Subway sandwich and then had the Recital, which went really well! This morning we all woke up and made a yummy breakfast (we are going to fast next week) and then went on a walk to see the renovations going on at the temple. We also walked at the beach for a little bit; it's a hot day!
This is us at the Prince Kuhio Hotel. We were invited to eat dinner with Brother Tanaka who housed us while we were on tour on Maui. He invited us and a couple of our other friends for a buffet style dinner! It just happened to be the night of our wedding anniversary, too! It was yummy and a nice treat for poor college students!
Here we are on April 29, 2008, a day before our wedding standing right where Scott proposed! One year of marriage down; a lot more to go and looking forward to every moment of it.
