We have wonderful friends!! Markus and Lee Yen just had their beautiful baby boy, Alex. He was born on July 17th and just as cute as can be. We met them last week for lunch and are very excited they are coming back for Christmas this year!
Kaylee just arrived in town! I spent this last weekend with her and my Mom. We did lots of fun stuff! We made rolls on Friday morning for Kaylee's Belated Birthday Party.
Grandpa and Grandma came to the party and Grandpa helped us make his wonderfully delicious Grandpa Steak.
After Kaylee's party, the next day, we drove her down to Provo. We had lunch at The Pizza Factory and helped her get settled at her new apartment.
Later that night my Mom and I had a fun evening watching a Chick Flick and making a late (10pm) run to the grocery store for cereal! and chocolate. and Dr. Pepper. Vacation is fun! The next morning we woke early to go to Sacrament Meeting in West Jordan and then we chillaxed for the rest of the afternoon. Love spending time with my Mom. She is headed down South for the Labor Day weekend with Kaylee, Jamie and Dan for a camping/hiking trip. Hope they have a blast and stay safe!!
Oh man. Look at his face. Hahaha. oh and my chubby one :(. Thanks again guys. It's too bad I didn't try the doughnut right away because I would have ordered more to take home. I love it! See you guys soon :)
