Super Foods!

Mmmm!  My Mom sent me a list of super foods and asked me to put them in order from my favorite to my least favorite.  So here's to healthy eating!


Berries
Grain/Oats (whole)
Broccoli
Yogurt
Eggs
Salmon (fish)
Sweet Potatoes
Tomatoes
Nuts (Almonds)
Oranges
Beans & Legumes
Spinach (dark leafy greens)
Soy (milk, tofu, soybeans)
